2014 Wasatch Powder Keg Final Date

Although we are in the middle of summer, the Powder Keg Race Committee has been busy with plans for the 2014 race for several weeks.  The 2014 race has been scheduled for the weekend of March 7-9.

We are excited to announce that this year the Powder Keg was selected as the North American Championship Race.  This will be excited as we should see a larger race turn out including many members of the fast Canadian Ski Mountaineering Team.  We expect the level of competition for the race division to be the strongest yet.

As this time we are planning the same 3 day format and courses as the 2013 race.  As we continue to work through plans we will keep updates on the blog.

Enjoy the rest of summer and hopefully we will see some white stuff soon.
